Project Description

The Great Wolf Lodge is a 328,000 SF, 9-story, 603-room high-rise concrete-frame hotel and a 130,000 SF indoor/outdoor waterpark. The project also features 30,000 SF of conference facilities, 18,000 SF of retail shops and restaurants, and a parking structure. 

This is the first California location for Great Wolf Lodge, the nation’s brand leader in the waterpark resort industry operated by Great Wolf Resorts, Inc. based in Madison, Wisconsin. The hotel is largest Great Wolf Lodge location in the country to date.
